We were required by Viking to use a certified appliance repair company to replace a recalled hinge and called Field Pro. After 10 months of frustration, disrespect and incompetence, we are missing $500 worth of custom wood paneling, and Field Pro won’t even return our calls. DO NOT USE FIELD PRO IF YOU VALUE YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY AND TIME.
