The most unprofessional, sleazy management firm you have ever had this misfortune to deal with. Will lie to your face and try to sneak through things, such as my most recent experience where when they found out the property heating/air ducts needed to be cleaned and the filter removed because we were getting sick all the time they balked at having the filter replaced as advised by the cleaning duct company with I quote" Wendy saying that the property heating system did not need a filter to run! Rude unethical unresponsive.
